This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of our center as we work to provide vital services to our diverse community.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Lead and manage staff to foster a productive and supportive work environment.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to align with the organization's mission.

Seek and apply for grants to support the organization’s growth and sustainability.

Qualifications:A master’s degree in Management or a related field is required.
Bilingual proficiency is essential, as this role involves frequent communication with individuals whose first language is not English.
Residency or work experience in Maine for at least five years is mandatory.
A minimum of five years of management experience is required, preferably in a nonprofit or community-focused organization.
Preferred Skills:Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience in grant writing and funding acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with client management systems.
Experience working with diverse populations.
Knowledge of local community resources and needs in Maine.
